Evercom Correctional Billing Services complaint by Pissed off08

I was told today that evercom listens to your phone conversations. Why?? arent we suppose to have privacy???? Evercom is very known for dropped calls because it is a poor system that charges out the butt. and you can't even get credits back for the calls. they are a rip off and needs to be reported to the FCC. right now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now now nownow now now now now now now now!!!!!

Has anyone ever stopped to think that jail/prison is a PUNISHMENT?!?!?! The people in those places are possibly a danger to society. Now, I'm not saying that everyone is, just that you can't always be sure who is and who isn't. The recording of calls isn't through evercom, it is through the jails. Nobody knows if the inmate is talking to someone and telling them how to break into the prison and cause a mass breakout. I mean seriously. My high school was next door to a high secruity prison. Personally, I'm glad the calls are recorded. If someone was planning a mass breakout of that prison, I'd want the guards to be able to hear that and put a stop to it before they broke out of the prison and came to my school, or to the middle school on the other side of the prison where my brother went to school. And really, once an inmate gets put in jail/prison, why should they have any more rights. They have already proven that they are not able to handle such freedom, why should they have privacy?????????
